Waxhaw Health and Wellness is a group of holistic health care practitioners providing personalized educational and therapeutic services to help you enjoy a healthy and vital life. We are passionate about sharing our knowledge and expertise with groups and individuals who want to learn how to restore or improve their health and well-being and we can provide therapy services that will help to you to meet your personal health and life goals.

Our staff includes a licensed occupational therapist certified in craniosacral therapy, licensed massage therapists who specialize in medical massage, and neuromuscular techniques, Thai massage, Reiki, manual lymphatic drainage. We also have a natural health educator, a certified TRE provider and certified yoga instructor. We offer private, individual treatment and consultation services as well as community education programs and group services including classes in Yoga and vibration/sound healing.

Services can be restorative for those who need to regain health and function, or preventative for those who want to maintain or improve their current state of health. For those currently receiving medical treatment, we can work with your medical providers as part of your comprehensive and holistic health management team.
